A Brief Guide to Organising a Barn Dance/Ceilidh

Times

A typical evening runs for between three and a half and four hours with a break for supper half way through e.g.

8.0 p.m. - 12.0 midnight (the most common times)
7.0 - 11.00 p.m.
7.30 - 11.00 p.m. etc.

However, the timings can be very flexible to meet your requirements

Please arrange for the hall to be open at least an hour beforehand; this will allow the band to set up in good time. However, we do understand that wedding timings can significantly over-run.

Be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
