Is there easy access for the band to bring their kit in ?
If there is a stage, is there access near to the stage ?
This will avoid disruption
with the band bringing their kit through the hall while you are
organising things within the hall. |

be parking for the band at the access point (3 cars) |

The band needs
at least one hour before and one hour after the event for set-up and
take down time. Have you allowed for this when booking the venue and
arranging for keyholders to be present ? |

The band will
need two 13 amp sockets near to where they are to play Note : An Earth leakage trip is required if the band
is to play in a Barn, a Marquee or in the open. (Do you know where the
location for the reset is) |

If a generator
is used for the electrical supply it MUST be properly earthed |

If there is
any problem with the electrical supply [reversed/no earth] the band
will not perform until this is rectified. If in any doubt consult a
qualified electrician. |
